I used to think I needed to explain myself. All I have to say is I was hurt, and had a really rough time of things and hurt a lot of people, myself the most. That is explaination enough.
I'm in love again and only appreciate my previous relationship even more for teaching me things like letting go when it gets sour, the weight of trust, the importance of communication, and hard work that I can now apply to new things.
This journal stands as a monument to my idiocy, foolishness, misery, joy, longing, and lonely human condition. An older phase of life. I've thrashed another heart to tiny fleshy bits, and it was only because I was just as thrashed. I lived my life as a wounded animal trapped, hence harsh words, threats, and no forgiveness.
